We work with a range of companies to source deals for our customers which are then listed on our website, and sold to you directly from the business.

You can choose to receive daily e-mails for your area (if listed) which will also include all our national deals, or choose to subscribe solely to national deals. Visit our "E-mail" help page to learn more.
Note: Not all offerings on Amazon Local are deal based. Some of our selection are full price so we offer our customers a wider selection. If an offering has a discount, this will be shown on the detail page.
You can buy deals from high street chains, and local and online businesses.
If you’re looking for a specific deal, enter a few words into the search box at the top of any Amazon Local page and we’ll show you matching results. You can filter by city or postcode, or search national deals. You can also search for deals by category, by selecting the relevant option from the drop-down menu.
You can find more information about a deal by clicking the deal title from your search results and accessing the deal’s details page. This page will also tell you what business is offering the deal and will include the specific terms of the deal, such as quantity limits, scheduling requirements, locations where it can be used, and expiration dates. If you have further questions about a specific deal, please contact the business directly.
If you find a deal you’d like to purchase, click Buy under the price of the deal before the purchase time ends, review your order, and then click Place Your Order. We'll e-mail a link to your voucher as soon as we process your order.
Some of the deals on our site have limits on the number each customer may purchase. The "What You Need to Know" section of the deal detail page will let you know if there are limits on how many times you can purchase a specific deal.

When you buy a deal on the website, we'll send you a voucher redeemable for the goods or services listed. You can check the What You Need to Know section of individual deals for redemption instructions, business and ticket provider contact information, purchase limits, expiration dates, and more.Your Orders. You’ll need to sign in to Your Account to see them. Most vouchers can be used from the day after the deal closes.
You'll need to print your voucher and take it with you when redeeming, or display it on your smartphone or other mobile device. Remember to check your voucher for redemption instructions, such as scheduling requirements, locations where it can be used, and expiration dates.
Most vouchers require that you use the entire value in a single visit, but some businesses allow partial uses of vouchers. For vouchers which can be partially used, if you don't spend your entire voucher on a visit, the amount you redeem will be applied against the total value of the voucher until it has a balance of zero pounds. The total value of your voucher must be spent prior to the expiration date printed on your voucher. Most businesses don't provide cash back for unused portions of vouchers.
Note: You must redeem your voucher before or on the date specified on the voucher as it won't be redeemable afterwards. Unless otherwise specified in the voucher terms, you won't be eligible to receive a refund from the business that sold the deal, or use the voucher if you fail to redeem it before or on the date printed on your voucher.

If you’re expecting an Amazon Local gift e-mail and you haven’t received it within 1 day of its expected delivery date, there's a chance the e-mail was routed to your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, please ask the gift giver to make sure the e-mail address they gave is correct.

Most unused vouchers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Vouchers for tickets, events and travel are subject to some restrictions.. If a business closes permanently, we'll always refund any unused vouchers.
Many event vouchers can’t be refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If a voucher is non-refundable, it will be clearly stated before you confirm your order.
Unused travel or hotel vouchers are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the promotional value hasn't yet expired and you haven't made your reservation. Once you make your reservation, you may not be eligible for a refund. You can check the "What You Need to Know" section of the deal for specific conditions.
